<p>Alina Kwak was named Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) Administrator, effective January 1, 2023.</p><p>Alina joined the FRC Team as Deputy Administrator in November of 2018, where she has taken on a growing number of responsibilities to help to run the division, including the budget and contract administration. She joined the City of Fremont in September of 2013, serving as a Management Analyst II in the Fremont City Manager’s office.</p><p>Alina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from New York University and a dual Master’s in Social Work and Public Administration from Columbia University.</p><p><br></p>
